L\u2019alcalde d\u2019Alcarr\u00e0s, Miquel Serra, va presidir l\u2019acte en el transcurs del qual es va definir el Dr. Camps com una de les figures m\u00e9s emblem\u00e0tiques de la vila i es va destacar que va ser un dels \u00faltims metges a realitzar visites a domicili.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el Dr. Camps Clemente va escriure el llibre <em>Hist\u00f2ria de la vila d\u2019Alcarr\u00e0s<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u2019homenatge, es va donar a con\u00e8ixer un retrat pict\u00f2ric del Dr. Camps realitzat per l\u2019artista local Pepe Rosanes, que s\u2019instal\u00b7lar\u00e0 en el Centre d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria d\u2019Alcarr\u00e0s.
